Absolutely! We will do our best to recreate your ideas with the items we have in stock. Don’t hesitate to ask for a specific theme.
2. What happens if I need to reschedule?
We understand the challenges life may bring us so please email us to find a solution. We only ask that you give us a week notice or 24 hours for urgent matters.
3. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept digital payment through our invoice system.
4. Is there a security deposit?
Yes! We do ask for a security deposit to cover any damages. The security deposit is refundable and will be transferred within 24-72 hours.
360 VIDEO BOOTH:
1. How does the 360 video booth work?
The 360 video booth works by accommodating up to 880 lbs. on its platform. Guests step onto the platform while it spins in a circular motion, capturing both slow and fast videos. Once the video is loaded, guests can easily send it to their devices.
2. What types of events are suitable for a 360 video booth rental?
Any celebration is suitable for a 360 video booth rental, including weddings, quinces, sweet 16s, and more.
3. Can the 360 video booth be customized with branding or themes?
Yes, the 360 video booth can be customized with branding or themes. We’re happy to create an overlay to suit your special day.
4. How long does setup take for the 360 video booth?
Typically it takes 30 minutes to 45 minutes to set up depending on the location of set up.
5. What is the rental cost for the 360 video booth?

Yes, we offer both a general package and a premium package for the 360 video booth rental, each with its own features and pricing.

We have chosen not to offer these, but feel free to provide them for your guests. We have discovered that they are not essential, and the videos enable your guests to have a seamless experience.
8. Is there an attendant provided to operate the 360 video booth during the event?
Yes, two attendants are provided to operate the 360 video booth during the event.
9. How quickly can we receive the footage captured by the 360 video booth after the event?
You can receive the footage captured by the 360 video booth in as little as 30 seconds to a minute, depending on the network availability at the venue.
10. Are there any restrictions or requirements for the venue when using the 360 video booth?
The booth requires a working electrical outlet that is within 5ft of the desired location for setup. This area must include a radius of at least 5ft free from all obstructions. Obstructions can include tables, chairs, DJ booth, and people (including high foot traffic areas). No more than 3-4 people (or 880lbs) at one time can be physically on the booth’s platform. All people not on the platform must be a minimum of 3ft from the booth while in use.
Retro Mirror Photo Booth:
1. How does the mirror photo booth work?
We have a display that allows guests to see our push-to-start button, then it gives guests a countdown until the photo is snapped. Depending on how many photos you choose per print, it will let your guests know.
2. Can I customize the backgrounds or frames in the mirror photo booth?
Absolutely, send us your invitation, and we will create one free simple design inspired by your invite.
3.How many people can fit in the mirror photo booth at once?
The most we’ve accommodated is 8, but it depends on the space provided.
4. Can I instantly share my mirror photo booth pictures on social media?
We currently don’t have that option, but we hope to in the future. We do share the digital copies with the host 1-3 days after the event.
5. Are there options for printing photos from the mirror photo booth?
Yes, we provide printed photos after each session.
6. Are there any special effects or filters available in the mirror photo booth?
Yes, we do offer a glam option, which is an elegant black and white filter.
